Hill Air Force Base Utah is conducting market research of industry to identify potential firms,with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability to perform services required for a Firm Fixed-Price award

1. The Contractor shall provide training for F-16, A-10, and C-130 aircraft painters. The contractor shall provide all management, parts, materials, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for training. This training is used to develop technician proficiency with aircraft polyurethane and Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) coating systems. Training must include a Basic aircraft Painter course and an Advanced Painter course. Ram Training facilities will have the capability to train all personnel on the specifications (tech orders/drawings) provided by the Air Force. Contractor shall provide a certificate of completion to each student upon the

completion of each three-day course.

2. This is expected to be a two (2) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and one (1) option year. There may be 12 students per year for the Basic Painter Course (6 students per month) and 32 students per year (4 students per month) in the Advanced Painter Course. Basic and Advance Painter Course monthly dates TBD at task order

level.
