General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Utah

City:Ogden



Delineated Area:



City Limits of Ogden, UT



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,226

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,787



Space Type: Office



Parking Spaces (Total): See Additional Requirements



Full Term:20 Years

Firm Term: 5 Years

Additional Requirements:




  • A minimum of 90 public and/or commercial parking spaces for employees and visitors must be available onsite or within ¼ mile walking distance.




  • First floor preferred




  • Office space shall be on one level without interior ramps, stairs or platforms and shall be contiguous. Column spacing shall not be less than 20 feet in either direction and no larger than 18” square. Odd shaped space and inefficient layouts will not be considered.




  • Locations not serviced by TelCo with T1 lines shall not be considered. Provide confirmation of availability with bid.




  • Offered Space shall not be located in industrial or residential zoned locations.




  • Use will be public facing. Offered space must be able to meet 100 plus visitors a day.



Lessor shall provide with response any known asbestos, radon, or lead present in location offered.





Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.





Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest.
