This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1 for the purpose of soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from interested vendors. All responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals at this time.



The Government is seeking a minimum of 7,688 Square Feet to a maximum of 8,000 Square Feet of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building as described below:

Office Space- Approximately 4,308 ABOA SF

Storage Space- Approximately 3,380 ABOA SF

Special- Approximately 6,835 (1/4 to 1/2 acre) ABOA SF



The Space must be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO). If not a new Building, the Space offered must be in a Building that has undergone, or will be completed by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences.



The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows:

NORTH: 500 South, Bountiful Utah EAST: 400 W, Salt Lake City



SOUTH: 2100S (SR 201) WEST: 7200 West



Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
