809 MXSS/MXDTAD (RAPID) has a requirement to purchase a premium service agreement for a 3D Systems sPro 3D printer, located at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), UT.




  • Technical support throughout the Period of Performance (PoP)

  • Software updates throughout the PoP

  • Two (2) Preventative Maintenance (PM) visits per year

  • Next business day response time

  • Replacement parts




  1. Period of Performance and place:




  • 1 base year + 4 option years

  • Performance of service will be at Hill Air Force Base.
