These funds are to be exclusively used for projects for vulnerable and/or low-income youth of Utah County, and for those who were disproportionately impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal to develop or expand capital infrastructure that provides programs that have been shown to improve mental health through intervention.
