INVITATION TO BID

MOAB DISPERSED PARKING PROJECT - DOWNTOWN

The City of Moab will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Moab Dispersed Parking Project - Downtown. All bids will be received until 2:00 pm, MDT (local time) at the City of Moab, located at 217 E. Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532, on April 13, 2023, at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings.

The project consists of the construction of bulb outs and center median to create areas for parking in Downtown Moab. These improvements include curb and gutter, curb, sidewalk, drainage, micro-surface, street lighting, and landscape improvements.

The ENGINEER for this Project will be Civil Science, Inc. and will be represented by Jacob Howell, P.E. as Project Engineer, and Cody Howick, P.E. as Project Manager.

Any notices regarding changes/Addenda to the Contract Documents will be sent to the email addresses associated with the Bidders registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information and check-in with ENGINEER to receive updates or additional information.

A pre-bid conference will be held on March 23, 2023, at 1:30 PM, MDT (local time). Pre-bid conference will preside at The City of Moab Offices at 217 E. Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
