THIS SYNOPSIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTIFICATION OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO AWARD A BPA CONTRACT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

The Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill Air Force Base, Utah requires the purchase of AutoCrib automated vending machines and vending machine accessories (including any items/materials available in the AutoCrib Catalog) to support operations within the Complex and Geographically Separated Units (GSU). This effort shall include all shipping to Hill Air Force Base and the associated GSU’s. The Government intends to award a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to satisfy this requirement. The AutoCrib materials will be purchased as needed by an authorized list of personnel provided by Hill Air Force Base.

This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside with a proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 33310 and a size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Government intends to award a maximum of four (4) Awardees for the BPA with a maximum ceiling of $15.0M over the five (5) year period. No individual call/order sheet shall exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) of $250,000.00. There will be no minimum dollar obligation for each call.

The BPA will only be awarded to those who can meet all specifications in the attached Purchase Description and can provide most or all of the materials listed in the attached Products List. Contractor past performance (if any) will also be considered. Vendors will need to be authorized AutoCrib distributors.

The solicitation for this BPA effort is anticipated to be posted on 08 November 2023 with a due date of 22 November 2023.
