Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with the Utah Communications Authority (UCA) for access to its statewide-communications system/network per the attached justification.





While this is not a request for competitive quotes, all interested parties believing they can meet the requirements may submit a response describing their ability to satisfy this requirement as described within said justification. This notice neither obligates the Government to award a contract nor pay for the resulting responses/information.





The Government: 1) has the sole discretion to determine not to compete this proposed -contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice; 2) reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate; & 3) is under NO obligation to acknowledge receipt of a respondent’s submission(s) or provide feedback to such.
