The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Production and Conservation – Business Center (FPAC-BC), HQ- Information Systems Division in support of USDA’s mission partners; Geospatial Enterprise Operations Branch (GEO) has a need to upgrade the remaining 13 EA V29 variants to V50, in accordance with (IAW) below “TABLE I”, along with procuring Maintenance “Customer Care Plan (CCP)-Gold” Services for all 14 EA assets. The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Production and Conservation – Business Center intends to issue a sole course fixed price contract to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); Leica Geosystems Inc. of the above system. The OEM is the only company that can provide the required services.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, however, if any other interested party believes that it can provide the required products, it may submit a statement of capabilities. Capability statements must display sufficient detail and evidence to determine if the party has the ability to provide the required products. The statement of capabilities must be furnished in writing and emailed to POC’s listed on this notice by Original Response Date listed. The government will not pay for information received in response to this announcement.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
