The US Forest Service currently leases 4,817 square feet (RSF) of office space at 135 West Canyon Rd, FERRON UT 84523 under lease number 1284M813L0408 for the Ferron Utah , Ranger District. The current lease expires on May 31, 2025. The US Forest Service intends to add a 5-year unevaluated renewal option to the current lease with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this leased location. The right to pursue a renewal option is detailed in GSAR 570.401. Renewal Options. This will serve as a notice of intent to provide adequate transparency to the market.
