This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Salt Lake Technical Center (SLTC) seeks information/sources from qualified contractors that can provide dust layer ignition testers for OSHA Salt Lake Technical Center. The requirement and instructions are in the attachment.

Firms must submit their responses to Deborah Worrells, worrells.deborah@dol.gov with a copy to Maria Britton, britton.maria.m@dol.gov no later than Monday, January 22, 2024 at 5:00pm EST. Questions regarding this RFI shall be emailed to the above point of contact by Monday, January 8, 2024 at 5:00pm.
