GENERAL INFORMATION:
The ICBM Systems Directorate at Hill AFB, requests the presence of the interested contractors to get an up close view of the equipment that is subject for cleaning within the contemplated contract. It is expected that an RFP will have already been released on the 8th of January and the intent of this event is to inform all bidding contractors on the scope of effort. Representatives should be able to view the equipment and be able to utilize the information for a resultant bid on the effort. Limit 2 individuals per firm for this as the areas are constrained in nature.
