Description

The Government is seeking 3,600 RSF of warehouse space in Richfield, UT. Please review the posting and submit interest to Sadat Dardovski (sadat.dardovski@gsa.gov).

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Richfield, UT that will be expiring. GSA is considering a succeeding lease for this warehouse and related space that it is currently occupying. The Government is interested in considering alternative space that meets the Government’s requirements if such alternative space would be economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
