Description

Notice of Intent to award a single source contract under FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The U.S. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center intends on negotiating and issuing as a single source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Novetta Inc. in order to obtain GBSD Continous Engineering Services. Requirement will be procured using the LevelUp DevSecOps BOA's.



GBSD Fences Continuous Engineering Services to include: to develop, configure, test, automate, support, secure, and maintain the Fences platform and its accreditation, to include new applications or major enhancements. This level of effort requires authorized DoD SAP CIO Fences core services administrative accesses and administrative user rights to perform required efforts. All engineering services with be in support the GBSD Systems Directorate.



All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
