The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to The Arbinger Company, SAM Unique Entity ID XDJYKQ4BVTJ3, for digital content and workbooks to supplement Arbinger's proprietary training for the 502d Air Base Wing. The Arbinger Company is a registered small business. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The anticipated award date is 1 May 2023. This notice is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation of quotes. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This requirement consists access to online digital content, Outward Mindset workbooks for employees, Outward Mindset workbooks for leaders, and implementation coaching sessions (90-minute virtual sessions for groups of 2-30 people). These proprietary items are all open market and are not available on The Arbinger Company's GSA schedule GS-10F-099AA. The resulting purchase order will consist of a base period and one option period to provide digital materails to the 502d Air Base WIng trainees. This contract action will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The digital media supplements the commercial-off-the-shelf Arbinger training that is available on their GSA schedule.
