Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitaiton, a written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation Number: FA8224-23-MicroindentationTestingSystem This solicitaiton is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ)





3. This solicitaiton document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01.





4. This requirement is a Sole-Source Requirement

NAICS Code: 334516



The RAPID Innovation Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah requires the purchase of a brand name LECO AM55 Automatic Micro-Indentation Testing System (AMTS). This will be used to test the micro-hardness of additively manufactured metal components.

7. Length and Dates of Agreement and place of Delivery and Acceptance:

a. Government preferred delivery date: NLT 17 May 2023

a. Contractor is to provide their best delivery timeframe in quote b. Delivery and Acceptance of all orders shall be at Hill Air Force Base, Utah

c. F.O.B (Freight on Board) Destination delivery terms shall apply
