Description

Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of propane.



The contractor shall provide all required material, labor, and equipment necessary to supply and deliver commercial-grade propane in liquid form with odorant additive included, in bulk and contractor-owned propane tanks to various locations at Tooele Army Depot (TEAD), Tooele, Utah.



This effort requires the contractor to provide 28 contractor-owned propane tanks in various sizes throughout the installation. The tanks currently on-site are contractor-owned and, therefore, coordination efforts will be arranged to change-out the current tanks for any new contractor-owned tanks and will be required to be completed within 3 months of the contract award date. The contractor shall maintain the propane fill status of tanks at a minimum of 30% and no more than 80% capacity. Contractor will check tanks on a weekly basis or more frequently if needed to maintain capacity percentages and perform any necessary tank repairs. Throughout the heating seasons a monthly estimated usage range of 1,300 to 14,100 gallons. With an annual estimated usage of 95,000 gallons.
