The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this letter as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the rental of seven (7) each portable toilets with hand sanitizer. Standard size single units. Units to be serviced weekly on an agreed upon day; Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
