Each Kiln Natural Gas Burner Set will consist of the following:




  • Eclipse ThermJet Gas Burner, TJ0500-A1AMATND5F1XSZ1 with Peep sight, Igniter and Medium, Velocity Flame Shaper

  • Combustion Air Blower, Hauck TBA0016-1TEBETETAXX03, 5 hp TEFC Motor, with Filter/Silencer

  • Natural Gas 1-1/2 in. Valve Train fabricated by AEI as per Honeywell PRJ102004306-C, latest revision.

  • Combustion Air Manifold, 8 in. fabricated by AEI as per Honeywell/Eclipse PRJ101034499, latest revision.

  • Natural Gas Manifold, 3 in., NPT fabricated by AEI as per Honeywell/Eclipse PRJ101034501, latest revision.

  • Control Panel- fabricated by AEI as per Honeywell 26741336, with latest revisions.




  • Freight to Tooele, UT via dedicated truck
