Description

Statement of Requirements: The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for real property which satisfies the following requirements:



City, State: Vernal, UT



Delineated Area: Within the City/Town limits of Vernal, UT



Square foot requirement: 30,585 RSF of quality space



Parking requirement: Visitor and employee parking spaces



Full term: 5 years



Firm Term: 12 months



Additional Requirements: Consideration will be given to relocating if it is economically advantageous to do so. When evaluating relocation proposals, the Government will add to the rental rate proposed by the interested parties, expenses incurred to relocate to a new location, including but not limited to: tenant improvements, furniture removal and installation and phone and data removal and installation expenses.



Subleases will not be considered



Offered space must be contiguous and located on the ground floor. A Government standard lease document will be used for the transaction.



Expression of interest should include the following: Building Name and Address



Square feet offered with real property description and fact sheet



Floor plan and site plan of available space



Name, address and telephone number of individual authorized to represent the property with proof of authorization



Expression of Interest Due: January 26, 2023



Estimated Occupancy Date: October 1, 2024
