Description

This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of bulk liquid nitrogen (LN2) for three Government owned 3,000- gallon bulk LN2 gas tanks to the Chemical test division at Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway UT. This requirement has a base period of 12 months and 4 ordering periods of 12 months each. Contractor shall fill tanks every 30 days, or 24 deliveries per year (historically the Government has used between 2,000 to 2,500 gallons per tank per month).



This requirement also requires contractor to:




  1. Inspect

  2. Fill

  3. Report any deficiency with the tanks

  4. Overpressure and fill the system



Delivery shall be within 7 working days after receipt of Governmnets request for delivery, and tanks will be filled every 30 days, or 24 times per year approximately. The contractor shall provide a written invoice for each delivery. The invoice shall have a unique company tracking number, DPG account number, delivery date, minimum at 99.999% purity certification, quantity delivered. The Government reservces the right to modity the contract for purchasing more than 24 deliveries per year.
