A solicitation for this requirement will not be made available, and this notice is for informational purposes only. All responsible sources that believe they can perform these services in their entirety must submit a written notification of interest and capability statement no later than July 14, 2023 by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time which will be considered by the agency. Any written notice of interest and capability statements must be submitted directly to Dylan White at dylan.white@gsa.gov. GSA has a need for professional services from the DSLCA to coordinate, manage, facilitate, plan, and implement activities, programs, and events for the federally owned buildings in the Central Business District of Salt Lake City, UT. These services will include the management of activities and programs, coordination of events and vendors on the plaza, public safety resources and informational services, and services for temporary exhibits, installations, or displays.

Moss U.S. Courthouse, and the U.S. District Courthouse. The Government expects the services to be in place by

October 1, 2023.

The above-mentioned services are provided to support the Good Neighbor Program authorized through the Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976 and other various legal mandates, such as federal laws and executive orders.
