7.14.23: Amendment 0001 Posted to change the set aside from 100% small business to Unrestricted and extend the quote due date from July 13, 2023 at 10:00am CST to July 19, 2023 at 10:00 am CST.

Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3107 will be issued on Thursday, 6 July 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for canopy, stage, and chair rental at Fort Douglas, UT. The performance period is 28 July 2023 to 31 July 2023.

Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
