This is a Request for quote (RFQ), solicitation number 12FPC223Q0004 and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the quote that meets the requirement in the attached SOW and is the lowest price.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 effective 9/23/2022.

USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) will carry out meetings for its employees spread across all regions of the United States in several series of classes and sessions. It is required to obtain room block for lodging, conference and break out rooms and am/pm light refreshments and beverages as outlined in Attachment A of the SOW for approximately 408 participants.

Location of the Conference is in Salt Lake City, Utah. The hotel must be able to have availability for the days of October 30, 2022 through November 4, 2022. Locations outside of the Salt Lake City UT area will not be considered.
