Description: Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Utah County is seeking proposals from qualified Testing Agencies to perform inspections, tests, and other services related to various Utah County construction and engineering projects as specified herein. The selected Testing Agency will be paid by Utah County on a per-test or a per-hour basis as applicable, for each of the tests, inspections and other services specified herein. Based upon the evaluation of the RFPs, Utah County may choose at its discretion to award to multiple testing agencies an ongoing contract.
