Space Dynamics Laboratory

RFP for Commissioning Services:  Remodeling Phase of SDL Building located in Albuquerque, NM

The Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals from Building Commissioners for inspections and commissioning services necessary for renovating spaces within an SDL-owned building in Albuquerque, NM.

The request for proposal package will be available upon request starting April 8, 2024, by emailing the Contracts Administrator, Rich McKinnon ( rich.mckinnon@sdl.usu.edu ).  Prior to obtaining further drawing and project related documents, interested firms must execute a project-specific NDA, which will be provided by the Contracts Administrator.

Proposals are to be submitted no later than 5:00pm MST on Friday, April 19, 2024.  The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.

The purpose of the work restricts the distribution of this solicitation, and the Contracts Administrator will not release copies to ancillary companies (e.g., advertising, design services, subcontract/specialty services, etc.).
