Utah State University is hiring a consulting firm to support and provide advice to Dr. Cantwell and other university leaders, as determined by Dr. Cantwell, regarding USU's Athletics program, USU's search for a new Athletic Director, and developing issues in intercollegiate athletics. MRJ is a boutique consulting firm focusing their projects on supporting clients no more than two (2) at a time. There is no other firm that limits their client pool in this fashion. This allows MRJ to be fully engaged with their clients and not having to “balance” multiple projects and issues. They are the only company that has worked specifically with NCAA Division 1 presidents in a special advisor role targeted to departmental assessment, organizational structure, communication strategies, departmental culture, transition assistance and CEO messaging regarding athletics in the context of the institution and higher education.
