Sole Source	This posting is a Sole Source for Gram Solar GPS-PTT Radios + VHF Transmitters (QTY 20) from GeoTrak, Inc. To meet the objectives of the project we need the following attributes in a radio that will be attached to a sage-grouse: a) GPS capable with accurate locations (powered, d) an ability to take multiple locations per day (6-9), e) ground tracking ability, and f) remote automated data transfer through a satellite system (ARGOS and Iridium are the only two satellite system currently available.)
