Construction Manager / General Contractor Renovation Project SDL-SEC 2023 CM/GC

The Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL), is requesting proposals from Construction Management / General Contractors (CM/GC) for pre-construction and construction services necessary for renovating spaces within several SDL-owned buildings on USU Innovation Campus in Logan, Utah.

The request for proposal package, including acquisition schedule, proposal instruction, project description, risks, and evaluation criteria will be available upon request starting September 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM MDT via emailing the Contracts Administrator, Ms. Kathleen (Kay) Hegemann at kay.hegemann@sdl.usu.edu. No others are to be contacted regarding this solicitation. Prior to obtaining solicitation documents, interested firms must execute a project-specific NDA, which will be provided by the Contracts Administrator.

A MANDATORY pre-submittal meeting will be held Wednesday, October 4, at 1:00 PM MDT at the construction site on USU Innovation Campus. All companies intending to propose must have a representative at this meeting. Interested companies must submit a Notice of Intent to propose prior to COB October 2, 2023 to ensure meeting prerequisites can be exchanged with the Contracts Administrator in time to be processed for the approved attendee roster.

The purpose of the work restricts the distribution of this solicitation, and the Contracts Administrator will not release copies to ancillary companies (e.g., advertising, design services, subcontract/specialty services, etc.). The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method
