REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH SYSTEM

The City of Moab is requesting proposals for a Record Management System and Computer Aided Dispatch System for the Moab City Police Department. The specifications are available on the U3P Portal at: https://purchasing.utah.gov/currentbids and on the City’s website at: www.moabcity.org.

All requests for proposals should be labeled “RMS and CAD System” and must be turned in to the Moab City Recorder’s Office, located at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532. Moab City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; to accept or reject the whole or any part of the proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in the interest of Moab City.
