ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
SCOUR MITIGATION 400E – MILL & PACK CREEKS
The City of Moab, a municipal corporation (Owner) is requesting bids for the construction of the following Project:
Scour Mitigation 400E – Mill and Pack Creeks
81-23-011
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Moab Offices located at 217 East Center Street, Moab, UT 84532, until
March 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time
. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers.
The Project includes the following Work:
Excavation and removal of deposited sediment, rip rap bedding preparation, placement of approximately 4,509 Cu. Yd. of D50-30” angular riprap rock, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, reseeding, and other ancillary work along the creek channels for Mill Creek and Pack Creek at the 400 East bridge crossings.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Scour Mitigation 400E – Mill & Pack Creeks
The Project has an expected duration of 135 calendar days (4.5 months).

Pre-bid Conference:
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on
February 29, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
at the Council Chambers located at 217 East Center Street, Moab, UT 84532. Questions shall be submitted no later than March 4, 2024. Response to questions will be provided on
March 6, 2024.
