REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ZONING TITLE UPDATE
The City of Moab, Utah is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to lead a process that will revise and update the City’s zoning ordinances as found within the Moab Municipal Code (Title 17). Qualified applicants must have expertise in the development and implementation of planning and zoning ordinances.
The Deadline for all requests for proposals is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023. All requests for proposals should be labeled “Zoning Title Update – RFP.” Electronic copies shall be submitted through the U3P Portal or to the Moab City Recorder’s Office at bids@moabcity.org

. Printed copies shall be sent to the Moab City Recorder’s Office located at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah, 84532. Moab City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of the proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in the interest of Moab City.
